Service Description
This package (12 sessions) is focused on balancing your prosperity and fulfillment in life. In order to get this balance, we are going to work on clarifying and strengthening the four C's of Mental Strength. The final goal is to have a customized daily routine, as well as processes, which will ensure the maintenance of your mental toughness. Description: The transformation of our destructive models can impact considerably the maintenance of our high performance. High performance seems to be our end goal but is it? Is there something that stays below it? The answer is yes and very often these are two things: prosperity or/and fulfillment, and most certainly the balance between them. To get this balance, we will focus on clarifying and reinforcing the four C's of Mental Strength(confidence, commitment, consistency and comfort with discomfort). The more we strengthen our mind, the faster we deal with situational tensions, which helps us to relax and get present. The more present we become, the more potential we apply, which reinforces not only our high performance but also fuilfillment in life. ... And the byproduct of the above process is prosperity. Sessions overview: Every session is 60 to 90 minutes long! Sessions 1, 2 and 3 are devoted to your self-confidence, through first, realizing your current model of self-evaluation and second, transforming it to become sustainable. Sessions 4,5 and 6 are dedicated to your commitment. Firstly, we will examine your current commitments. Secondly, we will reveal your reasons for being committed. Finally, we will start the process of eliminating commitments based on fear and strengthening those based on conscious choice. Sessions 7, 8 and 9 are committed to your consistency. We will figure out the defining factors for your consistency and then we will start building habits based on them. Sessions 10,11 and 12 are with a focus on shifting your perspective from "discomfort is an obstacle" to "discomfort gives me an opportunity for growth." Together, we will develop a process of transforming your negative attitude towards discomfort to a more empowering one.
