This session is for you if you feel overwhelmed and you just need to get out of your head and see the big picture of the situation. So that you go out of this session more focused and dedicated, ready to produce. Description: The moments of overwhelm are a normal part of our life and work. Many scientific researches prove that stress is one of the most essential factors for maintainig high performance. The problem comes when we don't know how to manage stress, so it might escalate to a level of distress. The most widespread methods of managing stress are overeating, excessive sex, watching TV/porn/videogames, taking different substances like cigarretes, alcohol and drugs! The reality is that some of these substances have a positive short-term influence on us, that's why we need to do them everyday, and we know how detrimental can be their long-term impact. What we need is to see stress under different angle, so that we can find more constructive way to manage it, which will have benefitial long-term impact on our wellbeing. In the session: The session is between 60 and 120 minutes long! In this session, First, we will find out the real reason for your distress. Second, by using different coaching methods we will decrease its intensity. Third, we will develop your personal tailor-made process for handling similar overwhelm in the future.
